About the room
I’m renting out two rooms in my gated townhome. The house is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome located in a safe and quiet area. Many of the neighbors are doctors and healthcare professionals, so it’s also a great networking environment. Rooms available: • Large room (11’10 × 21’5) - $1100/month • Standard room (10’9 × 10’10) - $950/month Rent includes trash + high-speed internet(1GB). Water is already covered by HOA. Utilities will be split separately. The rooms are already refurbished, and I’m hoping to keep the house as a clean, relaxed, and study-friendly environment.
About the roomies
I am an incoming M1 student at the Medical College of Georgia. I value a quiet, respectful, and academically focused living environment. I am clean, responsible, and easy to get along with, and I appreciate having a calm space for studying and relaxing after long days. I also workout, play chess, and love cooking unique meals.
