Beautiful 3 bd 2 bath in south park! The neighborhood is very close to coffee shops, book stores, cafes and a target! There is also a fun bar nearby, but the house is tucked away in the neighborhood so it doesn’t get too crowded or loud. The landlord is very understanding and communicative, quick to fix any issues and very understanding of issues that arise! The room gets a lot of sunlight and is very spacious! Bathroom was recently renovated so it is in great condition. The kitchen and floors of the home were also recented updated. Roomates are a couple in their early 20s, they are very cute and wholesome. Senia is sober and Neil drinks from time to time but they’re not the type to bring the party home. However they are still very fun, social, and cool to hang out with. They respect space and boundaries, and at the same time really easy to get along with! Neil works at Trader Joes and Senia is about to start her Masters program in San Diego.
