1 room in a 2-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment near UVM Redstone! The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, full bath, and plenty of storage including bedroom closets plus coat and linen closets, and basement storage. The available bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment has some furniture since I’ve already been living here (minus the furniture that moved with my old roommate) . Rent includes water, hot water, garbage, and snow removal. There’s 1 off-street parking spot plus residential/tenant-only street parking, and on-site coin operated laundry. The location is right next to the Redstone Green along with the UVM Redstone Express bus stop. You’d be sharing with one other roommate (me) in an established, comfortable space. Tenant pays gas heat + electric.

There will just be one other person (me) living in the apartment. I am a senior at UVM studying Zoology but originally from Georgia. My roommate and close friend just graduated so I am in the market for a new roommate. I enjoy going out on the weekends, absolutely love animals, and if the weather is nice I love walking down to the waterfront to watch the sunset. I am looking for a roommate that enjoys chatting and hanging out, as well as being independent and doing their own thing.
