Large unfurnished bedroom with walk-in closet. My neighborhood is 30%+ law enforcement and very safe. We have a marina, private community pool, playground, and a private lake! I do smoke inside but can go under my gazebo or garage. I would only consider a female and am hoping for a good Christian person. Absolutely no dope heads or alcoholics please. I have 2 dogs and one is the Alpha dog. I cannot have another dog here and she is my protecter. i don’t do cats at all, I’m allergic.
There are no other people living with me. I do have a spare room for friends to visit. Should a hurricane hit my hometown of Galveston, there’s a possibility of several guests if an evacuation is ordered. I do have a helper that comes, when need be, around the house. I’ve been outgoing, had a wonderful life, and love music, especially live local artists and concerts.
