About the room
Hi, we’re looking to rent out our 4th bedroom in the place we rent with the owners permission. It has a bathroom, 1 small bedroom and a living room area and it’s carpeted! We are a family of 5 living upstairs with 3 kids under the age of 6. And we also have 3 dogs. So if you’re looking for a quiet home this isn’t the place for you. We don’t want someone who’ll just complain all the time. It’s a shared kitchen.
