Move in date: September 1st We are looking for a SINGLE person to fill a room in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment!

Looking for someone 21-39 years old who is clean, responsible, mature and overall great to have around our home. The room is currently painted grey & white as seen in the current pictures. I also included pictures of the room unfurnished so you can see what it looks like. The walls can be painted back white if requested.

Location: Studio City, CA

Rent: $825.00/month - Includes a closet with an A/C and Heating unit. Room is 12 ft x 10 ft. UNFURNISHED Shared bathroom with one roommate.

Utilities include electric, gas and internet. Utilities are NOT included in the rent. Utilities are split 3 ways.

Many restaurants and grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Erewhon and Ralph’s are only a block away!

Downtown Burbank is 15 min away. Downtown LA is 20 min away. Griffith Park/Observatory is 11 min away. Santa Monica and the Pier is 25-30 min away.

There is a full kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave.

Laundry on-site.

No pets allowed.
