Summer sublease available at ION College Station! It’s a private room in a 4x4 apartment located right across from campus, perfect for anyone taking summer classes, doing an internship, or staying in College Station over the summer.
The apartment has spacious common areas, in-unit laundry, and great amenities like a gym, pool, and study spaces. Super convenient location near campus, restaurants, coffee shops, and Northgate.
The room is currently unfurnished since I moved out for the summer. Looking for someone to take over the lease ASAP — message me if interested or if you have any questions!
About the roomies
The roommates are all friendly, respectful, and pretty chill. One roommate will still be staying there over the summer, while the other two have moved out for break. Overall it’s a laid-back environment and everyone keeps to themselves while still being nice and easy to live with.
