About the room
Located right off George Washington Way, you will be in the heart of Richland, with access to Uptown Shopping Center, grocery stores like WinCo and Safeway, and of course multiple restaurants/fast food places.
For the room itself, we are located on the top floor of a three floor complex. Washer and dryer are no in unit but we do have a laundry facility at the end of the hall! You will have a private bedroom with good sized closet. Room will come with a bed unless you want to get your own of course! As for the bathroom, the only time you will share is with any company (rare that I have that) or sharing the shower, other than the the drawers and cabinets are all for your use!
As for activities in the apartment if you “garden” that is totally fine no worries there, vaping is okay as well, basically as long as you’re not smoking crack or meth I’m pretty chill lol.

!!NOTE!! NOTE NOTE NOTE !!! I am a cat dad. I have 3 fur babies that will be sharing the living space. OF COURSE they will not be allowed in your room or the bathroom, but I know some find it annoying having to close a door always that would be the one downside. As well, this means I can’t have any pets move in with you. Unfortunately they do not react well with dogs/outside cats, but if that isn’t a deal breaker, HELL YEAH!
About the roomies
Hey!! My name is Darius and I would be your roommate! A little bit about me, I was born and raised in Anchorage, AK and moved here in 2013 so the cold doesn’t scare me LOL! I just turned 24 and spend most of my time at work, a little gaming, or hanging with family.
As stated in the “room” part of the add I am a cat dad of 3. While I can’t take on a pet moving in, I have some of the chilliest dudes in Tri that behave and won’t destroy your items.
A little more about Me! I am a budtender in Pasco, so like I said, a gardening roommate isn’t a problem, it’s honestly preferred! I am a DIE HARD sports fan, just getting into baseball/soccer but will die for my Seahawks. A big gamer as well spending time on Madden, COD, etc. when not working. I have a big personality so until you show me you wanna be more of a loner, I’m gonna chat with you like we’re best friends LOL.
I want to make sure I’m open, honest, but most importantly clear. My apartment is my safe place and I need it to stay that way even if a roommate comes in. I have been renting this place alone for the last 5 years, a roommate isn’t something needed, I’m more trying to save money in an expensive economy and help someone do the same. I am not here to be a parent, baby sitter, or a warden. I expect my roommate to respect me, my boundaries, and our home the way I would show them. I started by saying I would be honest and clear, and I know this may be a dealbreaker for some so I wanted it in my ad; I’m looking for a roommate that is either single and looking to keep it that way, or a roommate in a relationship that is okay not having their partner over night. Like I said my home has been my safe place for 5+ years and I have no intention of hearing things I don’t care to hear. Again I fully understand that may be a dealbreaker but I wanted it to be known before either of us start a conversation.
