About the roomies

Its a 4 bedroom house, 3 people(all male) living currently including me(owner). Peaceful environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Tenant is required to maintain a hygenic environment. Cleanliness is a must. All tenants are reserved and prefer their personal space; the room is suitable for somebody who doesn’t want much interference. Occasional guest overnight stays are welcome unless its an extended stay. All tenants are working professionals, no disturbances expected during sleep hours (12-7 am-ish).

Utility Bills are divided equally among all the tenants. Bills include Internet, Water, Electricity, Heat/Gas. ($80-$160 total bills per person depending on season).
