Important Note regarding Cats: This specific room contains two small, discreet pet doors. The household cats use this space strictly as a pass-through to access their automated litter box in the HVAC closet. They do not live in the room, but applicants must be 100% comfortable with cats briefly passing through.

Because the house already has a full pet household, we can’t accept additional animals. We’re looking for someone responsible, respectful, and comfortable living with pets in the home.
