Room available in a south-facing 2bed/2bath condo in Brookland, NE DC — looking for a female roommate for a year-long lease starting in July. The unit is brand new ground-up construction with tons of natural sunlight, a spacious private rooftop, and in-unit washer/dryer. It’s a quick 10–13 minute walk to the Brookland/CUA Metro (Red Line), and street parking is readily available.

I take great care of my home and will be a respectful, responsible roommate who gives you your space. Rent is $1,400/month, utilities run $50–100/month depending on the season, and internet is $25/month per person. Short-term housing may also be an option if needed.

I’m a woman in my early 30s, works for the federal government. In my free time I love playing board games, making Trader Joe’s runs, and watching dating reality shows. I enjoy a cozy, low key living environment.
