I’m closing on a house in Bountiful on June 15th. It has a mother in law apartment in the basement- it’s above grade with full sized windows. It feels spacious and bright. It has separate parking, its own entrance, and access to the back yard with a fire pit and hot tub. There is potential for garage parking and storage as well. The unit has one bedroom, a den, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The house is about 20 minutes from downtown during the day. I also have 2 bedrooms upstairs if you would like to just rent a room!
I will be living upstairs. There are no shared living areas other than the back yard as this apartment has its own entrance and doors separating downstairs from upstairs.
