2024 built. You will have your own private room. You will share the bathroom with me, the owner. But I’m 90% of the time not in the house. I travel for work so it’s mostly yours. I will let you know when I’m arriving, so you’ll get a heads up. The house has its own garage. 2 car garage and 1 street parking. You can use the garage if you want.
The other guy will have the other huge master bedroom, but he will pay slightly more. You will stay in the blue area, in the floor plan picture you see in this listing.
There’s no washer, dryer, or door lock for your room, but I can get the door lock for you, and I can buy the washer and dryer so you can use, if you want.
Downstairs is where the kitchen is, and the living room as well. Thats the common area. You can cook, clean, put a sofa there, whatever. I dont really care. Just dont burn the place down.
Theres no wifi either, but I can get that set up for you too, if you want. for free
Im the owner. I am mostly outside of the Texas. I travel for work. Currently I’m the one whos living there but I’m out of the country and I will be back in TX around early August. My realtor will help you move into the house.
