2 bedroom apartment, the available room has a large walk in closet and private bathroom. The apartment has lots of windows, a spacious kitchen, and in unit laundry. The building is right off the bike path which makes for a quick commute to the UW campus. Parking is not included in the rent, but garage parking is available for $150 onsite or $125 offsite at another building about a 5 minute walk away.

I (25F) and my dog (4F, Yorkie) will be the only other tenants at the time of move in. I’m an engineering graduate student at UW Madison so I spend a majority of my time working or studying. Because of this, I’m typically early to bed and up early in the morning on weekdays, so I’d appreciate a roommate who has a similar schedule or doesn’t make much noise in the later hours. I would also appreciate someone who generally keeps common spaces clean, especially the kitchen, but I don’t mind doing a weekly deep clean myself. As for my dog, she is a 5lb yorkie/maltese and is very friendly. She tends to bark at people she doesn’t know as they come in, but aside from that she is fairly quiet. She is generally good with other pets as long as they’re okay with her, but if you intend to bring a pet I would prefer they meet prior to move in just to be sure.
