I rent a cute 3 bedroom House in New Albany, Indiana (Floyd County). I have room available for a short term need from June 20th to August 29th. Perfect for someone waiting for an apartment to open and you need a quiet place to stay for a couple months. Rent is $1,300 a month but will be split between and the guest which comes to $650 for the month of July and August.

About the roomies

My name is Brian. I am 55 years old. I work 4 days a week Monday thru thursday from 6am till 4:30pm. Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Iā€™m laid back, love to cook and I do keep the place tidy so I would expect the same from the guest. My passion is music and I do have a nice surround sound that sounds great for movies and music to enjoy. If interested I can be reached in the evenings after 5:30pm or anytime on the weekends.
