Single bedroom on the second (top) floor of an apartment unit. You would be moving into “Guest Bedroom #2”, as listed on the floor plan. The room is carpeted and gets great lighting. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. Rent includes water, but we pay electric and wifi. The unit has 2 car ports, and currently only one of us has a car. There is no in unit laundry, but the complex laundromat is right down the stairs. Your closet door is made out of mirrors, which is really cool. The room itself is unfurnished, but the living space is furnished. That being said, we are looking for a new couch, so you would need to be willing to pitch in for that.

No couples or children please :)

We are 2 single girls in our late 20s, looking for a like-minded girlie for our spare bedroom. The house already has a medium sized dog, and we aren’t looking to add any more pets, as she is the household princess, and there isn’t much room for another animal.

About us: Danielle- I am a silly goofy girl working to get my Master’s in Special Education. I work at a school, so I have a lot of time off. I’m very chatty and friendly, but mainly a homebody. I love a night out on the town, but I mostly spend my spare time bedrotting and doing homework. I love a good girls night and I am always down to bartend! I’m pretty messy, but I keep my mess contained in my room, and am respectful of shared areas. My hobbies are sleeping, crafting, drinking, watching tv, and reading.

Bethany: I manage a waxing salon and mainly work 8:30 am to 5 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. My hobbies include, crafting (painting, scrapbooking, and journaling), spending time with my dog Pimienta (training, cuddling, or outside), I like spontaneous outings, traveling, roadtrips, and camping. I like to think I have a nice balance of outings and staying home. I use the kitchen often, since I like to cook. I think I’m pretty clean/ organized. You would be sharing a bathroom with me.

Pimienta : She’s a 6 year old Australian cattle dog. I (Bethany) got her when she was about 3 from a rescue group that brought stray dogs over to the U.S from Tijuana, Mexico 🇲🇽. She’s very well mannered/trained, gentle, and a little couch potato. Shes not a big barker unless she hears the doorbell ring. But as women it’s comforting to know she is guarding our home.
