It’s in a convenient and central area while still being in a quieter residential neighborhood. For students and commuters, the location is especially ideal — it’s about a 12-minute bike ride to the University of Washington and roughly a 20-minute drive depending on traffic. North Seattle College is also nearby, making this a strong option for students or young professionals who want quick access to campus and the rest of Seattle. The house itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a respectful living environment that’s great for someone looking for stability and comfort rather than a loud party house. Shared spaces are kept organized, utilities and Wi-Fi are already set up, and the overall setup makes moving in simple and stress-free.

The roommates are all college students, creating a friendly and motivated environment that’s great for someone who wants a balanced and respectful household. I’m currently a UW student studying Informatics while also working full-time, so the house tends to have a productive but laid-back atmosphere. Outside of school and work, I’m into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, trying new food spots around Seattle, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

The house is a good fit for someone who wants a comfortable and social living environment without it being a nonstop party house. Everyone is respectful of shared spaces, easygoing, and focused on their own goals while still being friendly and down to hang out occasionally.
