One four-legged “son” who believes he owns the place (he’s not wrong). I named him Brady, so I can say I sleep with Brady every night.

The space: Private bedroom (~11’ x 11’) Your own private bathroom (no awkward hallway encounters with a towel) Second-floor unit in an HOA community (translation: generally well-kept, with rules that keep things civilized)

Perks: Fitness room (for motivation or good intentions) Large pool (seasonal, but worth it) Wilderness trails (great for walks, thinking, or escaping emails) Centralized trash & recycling

Location: Asheville/Candler line ~15 minutes north of the airport ~17 minutes to downtown Asheville The details: Rent: $875/month (ALL utilities + Spectrum internet included—no math required) Deposit: $500 Move-in: Ideally between June 1st and 10th.

A couple of notes: No additional pets allowed (HOA says no, and the resident dog agrees). Looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with—bonus points if you have a sense of humor and don’t slam cabinets like you’re in a cooking show finale!

Will gladly send pictures once we talk. Home is well furnished, except your room. I can provide a bed if necessary.
