Simple but stable older home, we live in an older neighborhood that’s always been a quiet clean and safe area. Police are always nearby, the college is a few minutes away, and there’s very little trouble here! You’d be getting the master bedroom, featuring two windows and two closets unlike the standard rooms! You’d also be sharing the bathroom right across from your door with the roommate to the right of your room. Two bathroom home, the other bathroom is shared between me and two others. Both bathrooms were recently refinished late last year. We’re all gamers in this house and we do smoke, no nicotine though! The Marina shopping center is less than 10 minutes away from us too
