Hi Ladies! I’m looking for a clean, respectful & great energy to fill my apartment for the summer.

I’ve been in this beautiful home for 13years, and it’s been my safe, creative, and grounding space through so many chapters and I’d love to find someone who feels like the right fit and the energy of my home.

If you’re in a transition, looking for a steady place for a few months, or just craving a cozy, inspired environment, this might be a perfect match.

 About the space: $1,400/month + utilities (WiFi  & electricity) 1 private furnished room + 1 private unfurnished room, 1 shared bathroom, 2 gated parking spots

Located in Alhambra (91801) just 15 minutes from Downtown LA, 2 minutes from South Pasadena, 10 minutes from Old Town Pasadena

Easy & close access to the 10, 710, and 110 freeways Walkable to Target, Costco, ALDI & down the street from Downtown Alhambra

Only a 5-minute drive to Ralphs and Trader Joe’s

Quiet, extremely safe, and central neighborhood

I do not currently have pets, but trained dogs are welcome
