I have a private, furnished room and private bathroom available now in a very quiet house. This is a month-to-month arrangement with all utilities included. You are welcome to use the common areas like the kitchen and living room, plus there is an in-home washer and dryer. The location is great: a safe, calm neighborhood super close to public transportation, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful in shared spaces, with a chill personality and zero drama. Long-term is best, but short-term works.
