2 bedroom apartment in downtown Beverly between Cabot and Rantoul. Walking distance from beach, train station, and downtown area. Off street parking and basement storage included.

Rent is ~$1,200 (depending on increase), utilities are ~$20 per person, wifi (optional) is $20. Coin op washer/dryer in basement. Common areas are mostly furnished, I would be fine moving things around/replacing furniture. Easy going and attentive landlords.

I’m a mid 20s professional who is generally quiet and easygoing. Mix of outdoor (rock climbing, skiing, hiking, biking) and indoor (baking, cooking, reading, knitting) hobbies. Sometimes I do calculus for fun.

My baseline is a generally clean and clutter free apartment though I’m not obsessive about it. I always have the kitchen either actively in use or clean. Previous roommate was a college student, open to living with professionals or students. Happy to provide references from previous roommates.
