Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of each occupied by me 🧍♀️). Includes furnished living room space, kitchen, dining room, and in-unit laundry as well as a laundry room in the building. Other amenities include the clubhouse with an indoor pool, gym, and sauna.
The property has a balance of nature/trail proximity, and transportation accessibility to get downtown easily.
I’ve lived in this condo for a few years with my family before taking over the lease myself, so I’m hoping to find a lovely roommate to share this space with.
About the roomies
Hi, I’m Simone (she/her)! I’m an arts educator, working in youth development. When I’m not covered in paint or paperwork, I love a good tv show, especially a comedy/sitcom. My other interests include cooking, photography, ceramics, and I can more than likely be found drawing.
