Super quiet and safe neighborhood, home owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Off street and on street parking. Large yard with room for gardening and fire pit. Awesome location for walking and running! Single bedroom, shared wall to bathroom and back screened in porch. Older model window air conditioner available, and there’s full house heating. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom all fully furnished. Can move furniture into your room if wanted, but I do not have another bed.

I’m a musician, but I live extremely quietly. Would prefer the same! I’m very agreeable and an open communicator, and I always put forth and appreciate clear expectations. I have three indoor cats, landlord will not allow any more…😿 Sorry, no dogs allowed.
