The room includes access to a private bathroom, assigned parking, community pool, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and shared kitchen/living spaces. The home has a peaceful atmosphere and would be a great fit for someone looking for a clean, respectful, and calm living environment.

I do have two friendly cats in the home, so no additional pets please.

I work in healthcare and keep a fairly relaxed, low-key home environment. The condo is shared with my young son and two friendly cats, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and comfortable in a quieter household. Everyone is friendly, but we definitely value personal space, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere at home.
