Bunkhouse rental
This is a unique rental in an older home on top of a hill in Prescott 3.5 miles from downtown.
First to note is the space does not have its own bathroom. The bathroom included is the guest bathroom upstairs. The home is on a septic tank not city sewer.
The space is 2 rooms just off the garage.
The photos are from long ago. Once the current renter moves out I’ll update. She wanted the space unfurnished.
The space does have 2 of its own entrances.
The space has 2 mini splits for AC and free standing heaters are provided.
No indoor garage space is included with this rental however we’ve plenty of outdoor parking.
Shared laundry, all outdoor space which is awesome and kitchen when needed.
The rent is $800 month to month which includes electricity, gas, trash/water and internet service.
There are 2 additional rentals here and the owner, myself lives here as well. The landscape is cared for once a month.
Cleaning deposit is $200 which will be used to professionally clean the space once unoccupied.
Those who live here are older single quiet Christians late 50’s+. My boyfriend is retired LEO and here often. He has a home in Mesa so we are back and forth often.
A student will be considered as well.
I prefer no animals.
No smoking, drugs, drama etc. I truly believe our home should be a sanctuary so am looking for the same in a renter.
The contract is month to month. 30 days is required notice to move out from either renter or owner should we not be a good fit. Otherwise stay as long as we are a good fit.
