Private room in a four room condo located in Huntington Beach near Bolsa Chica and Warner. Unfurnished but I can leave things desired (twin memory foam mattress/cabinet/desk.) Own bathroom but shared shower, and full access to the entire condo (kitchen, living room, etc.) Washer and Dryer included. 10 minutes from Sunset Beach, 15 minutes from Golden West College, 15 minutes from downtown Huntington Beach. Ralph’s and Albertsons 5 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood with easy going neighbors. Street parking, but garage is rotated every month; you will have the garage 3 times a year. All bills (internet/utilities) included in rent.

About the roomies

Condo will be shared with 3 adult males housemates. Everyone works and is professional. Looking for similar personality. Very easy going, most of the time everyone is either at work or out during the weekends. One of the housemates has a cat; however we are not accepting any more pets. Cat is very friendly and mainly stays in his room. Looking for someone who is clean, organized, and most importantly will pay the rent on time every month.
