I am looking to fill a private bedroom in the house I share with my two other roommates. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood off of the main roads and is in a great location. We are less than 5 minutes away from the local Market Basket (grocery store) and have multiple bus stops within 5 minutes of us as well, main of which run every 15 minutes. The place is less than 10 minute walk from Inman Square, which has great restaurants, bars, cafes and along with many others We are located within 15 minutes of Union Square and Harvard Squares T stops. It is also under 20 minutes to Porter Square. Multiple bus stops are under 3 minutes to walk too as well. Since we are on a quiet side street, there is ample street parking.

The house itself is 3 stories, we have all three to us. We have a dishwasher, stove, oven. We have in unit laundry that is free for us to use. The house also has central AC and heating. The free room is on the third floor of the house.

We are all friends in this house, so we will typically always be around and talking with each other in the common area. We also all need our quiet time so we are respectful of that. Definitely a big sport fans, but we also like watching TV shows and movies together. One is a nursing student at BC who also works part time at the local hospital. Another is in biotech at a company in Bedford and the last is a research technician working for MGH. We are all pretty active and enjoy working out and walking around the city. We are also 420 friendly but there is no smoking in the house.
