About the room

The studio basement 450sq feet with its own bathroom and separate entrance. We only share washing machine and dryer once day per week. And there is a refrigerator next to mini kitchen and queen size bed frame in the room. The neighborhood is safe and quiet; it is located near Nova community college, 15 mins to DC or Fallschurch; also, easy access to 395 highway. Off street parking in the neighborhood. Utility and WiFi are included. We share utility bills monthly (right now there are 2 people live here).
