What: Single occupancy bedroom available for rent to a responsible, clean individual. All utilities are included (Water, Electric, High Speed Internet (2Gbps), Trash, etc). Bathroom and kitchen is shared.

Where: Located in Lexington Park area near Sonic/Wawa. About 5 minutes from PAX gate 2

When: Available as of June 15, 2026

Rental Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check, must earn 3 times rent (gross earnings).

Unfortunately not pet friendly due to allergies.

Room can come slightly furnished if needed - otherwise will be completely empty.

There is one person plus myself upstairs - both tech professionals . There are also two people in the basement but it has its own entrance/exit. We’re all late 20’s/early 30’s.
