I own a townhouse in a quiet Irondale neighborhood right on the Mountain Brook/Irondale border. House is 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The available room currently has a twin bed and dresser- however this can be moved to fit your needs.

About the roomies

I am a single working female who bought the house a year ago when my former roommate got married. I am an ASL interpreter at a school nearby and work during the school days. Outside of work: I enjoy music, tv, outdoor activities and friends! Very occasionally, I have friends over but will provide warning. You’re also welcome to do the same provided it remains fairly low key. I don’t drink or do drugs. ‼️NO drugs/ smoking/ vape/ tobacco/ overnight boyfriends ‼️

I would be the only other person in the house. I keep the main part of the house fairly neat and would like a roommate to do the same. You’re welcome to use anything cleaning supplies/ equipment.

🐱I have a fairly large long haired cat. I do my best to keep him brushed and hair vacuumed but he does indeed shed.
