South End Summer Sublet (June 1 – Aug 31)
Looking for someone to take over my room in the South End for the summer. It’s on the 4th floor of a classic brownstone right near Tremont & Mass Ave, so the views of downtown are incredible and the natural light is 10/10 (there are two skylights!).
The Room: Comes fully furnished so you don’t have to haul a mattress up the stairs. It has a vintage oak desk/dresser, a cushioned window nook (my favorite spot), and a super comfy queen bed.
Details:
- $1240/mo + split utils
- Spacious living area + a bathroom with a real tub.
- High ceilings so it feels huge.
- The catch: It’s a 4th-floor walk-up. Great for the glutes/views, but fair warning if you hate stairs!
South End is easily the best neighborhood in Boston for summer. You’re a 1-minute walk to the 1 bus, and a short walk to the Orange Line (Mass Ave) or Green Line (Symphony). Plenty of parks and cafes right outside the door.

About the roomies
Roommates are two women in their mid-20s with 9-5s. They are genuinely a breeze to live with, clean, and friendly. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
