Private room available in a clean two-story home. You’ll have your own private bathroom (not shared) utilities and garage parking is included.

We are a respectful, kind couple who work during the day (typically gone from 9am–4pm), so the house is usually quiet during those hours. Guests are welcome for the renter as long as everyone is respectful of the home. We’re looking for a responsible and respectful roommate who cleans up after themselves, helps keep shared spaces tidy, is considerate and easy to live with and comfortable around dogs 🐶

Cannabis friendly, but we ask that smoking stays in the backyard only. Preferably looking for someone without pets since two dogs live on property.
