This is a pretty nice Room and a nice neighborhood. Peaceful quiet near Broadway and Oates . Lots of places to eat. Lots of places shop nearby. Pets are welcome but the security deposit is 150 for pets and it is not refundable. The price includes Wi-Fi and now utilities. And the Room is furnished. There are two rooms available at this location. Please look at pics both rooms are nice one will have an updated bed. Pets welcome with a deposit.
People are the location of professional kind and curious. They keep for themselves and usually have no complaints about a new tenants person that has stayed there. The longest has been five years. Currently living and everyone seems to be OK. Everybody is very clean and helps keep the House Cleaning, so that is part of living. Here is that you must help keep house clean.
