​The Space: ​Unfurnished small room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom back house. $720/month + $720 security deposit. Street parking. 6 month lease.

Included - Wi-Fi, laundry, and utilities (no AC).

​House Rules - No animals, smoking, drugs, or parties. Overnight guests are limited. Must be okay taking turns doing basic house chores.

​Location: Located in Kaimuki, just above Waialae near the intersection of Pahoa and Koko Head. We are close to UH, and within walking distance of KCC, restaurants, parks, Kahala Mall, etc.

​We are looking for someone quiet, respectful, and clean. Must be able to clean up after themselves and keep the common areas clean.

I am a working female in my mid-30s who tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I meal prep for the week and usually up by 5:00 AM, sometimes earlier to work out. My other roommate is a working professional in her late 20s currently pursuing her Master’s. We tend to do our own thing and keep things to ourselves.
