The area for rent is a basement apartment with 4 sections; a bedroom, cozy livingroom, full kitchen and full bathroom. This house has 4 roomies living on the 2nd floor with their own separate kitchen and bathrooms. The house is in walking distance to tons of places like Rosauers, Huckleberries and multiple parks including Manito, Cannon and Cliff.

We are a super nerdy house of gamers and dnd enjoyers. We have a really nice garden in the backyard and a garage that has both gym equipment and crafting/art supplies. Me and my husband are moving out so the house will need new roommates in the Mother In Law basement apartment! Everyone is welcoming and good people all close friends :)
