About the room

have a room in my house that is for rent. It’s a 4br, 2.5 bath spacious house located in Columbia off Garners Ferry. The other rooms are occupied.The room is located up stairs so please keep that in mind. I’m looking for someone that is responsible,clean ,and respectful. This is a nice house,in a clean and safe neighborhood. Please read the description below and if this caters to you then please feel free to reach out.

-Own spacious furnished room w/ Twin bed,closet, and tv -All utilities included (water, electric,wi-fi,netflix,etc….) -Shared spacious bathroom -Your own key to your room -Access to fenced back yard -Access to kitchen and appliances -Access to washer/dryer(must provide own detergent) -Access to living room and dining room -Own digital code to come and go as you please.

-Rent is $550/month with a $200 refundable deposit when you move out as long as there are no damages or anything. No guests or pets .This room is for single occupancy. -Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. -Absolutely no drugs or smoking in the house. Please smoke out front or back and throw yr butts away.

I might consider couples but it has to be the right couple. And the rent will be higher not double but higher than $750

About the roomies

Please respect the house like it’s yours. We are all friendly and love people. But zero tolerance for drama. I’ll consider pets on a case by case basis. .
