Private room available in a newer 2-bedroom back house with private gated access. House was newly built last year and is located near Harbor & Ball Rd, close to Disneyland, grocery stores, freeways, restaurants, and shopping.

Room is approximately 11x14 and will be completely empty and cleaned before move-in. Current photos show it furnished because someone is still living there until the end of May.

Available May 31st or June 1st move-in.

$1450/month or $1750/month (couple) $300 refundable deposit $1750 or $2050 total move-in

Deposit is refundable with proper 30-day notice and room left in good condition.
