This is a 4 bedroom property. I use 2 of them and there are 2 free rooms, one in the basement and one on the main floor. Either one is available, I do not want to fill all rooms. Rooms furnished with a bed and desk. There are 2 full shared bathrooms, one on the main floor one in the basement. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee machines & gadgets, plates etc. High speed internet included. The basement has a work out area with free weights, universal gym, and stationary bike. There is a nice sunroom and BBQ and patio table in the large back yard. We are on a busy street but central area with walking distance to shopping center and large parks. Plenty of parking enough for several cars and 3 car garage too.

I am a 30 yr old male. I work as a Senior Analyst in health care. I am usually very quiet, I like music and reading. I am very tidy and expect roomates to clean up as soon as possible after meals. No vaping, no smoking, no pets.

Sometimes there is another student here temporarily on internships.
