I have a bedroom with a private bathroom available at The Marke in South Coast Metro for move-in now. The lease has been renewed as of 5/31/26, and it will just be the two of us living in the apartment.

The apartment has shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and balcony. It also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and your own parking space in an enclosed parking structure. The community has a rooftop gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, gardens, and other amenities.

Your rent portion would be $1,625/month, which includes internet and cable. With shared utilities included — apartment utilities, electricity, and gas — the estimated monthly total is usually around $1,730–$1,740. I am flexible with the $300 deposit. It can be paid in installments.

Hello, I have a bedroom with a bathroom available starting June 1st, 2026. I consider myself an easygoing and respectful person. I currently work full-time and tend to be out of the house often. When I’m not deep in studies or working, I enjoy being with family and friends, exercising, and exploring (being in nature, recreational spaces, restaurants, etc.). I value a clean, calm, and respectful living environment, but I’m realistic about it—life gets busy. As long as we both pick up after ourselves and keep shared spaces in good condition, we’re good.
