The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood, I never see sketchy characters (it’s a lower tier building in a rich neighborhood). There is a bus station half a block away that goes straight to the foot of UCLA (the 18). It’s quite close to a Ralphs and Whole Foods.

You must have a good credit score and at least some evidence of reliable financial support to pass my landlords screening process.

I’m an engineering PhD student at UCLA. I am quiet, don’t bring guest over often, and relatively clean. While I like chatting with people, I often prefer to keep to myself, so it will be quiet and peaceful here. I’m happy to split cooking duties and make you coffee since I’m a big coffee nerd :)
