One room in a large loft-style 2-bedroom house in the great neighborhood of East Kingston. This is a quiet area, within a few minutes walking distance to the Hudson River, Empire State Rail Trail, and Sojourner Truth Park. Close to stores on Ulster Ave, Rte 209, and the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge.

Large living room with a nook for your office/creative workspace. Space for your furniture and artwork. I’ve been renting here a long time and am open to moving things around to accommodate you!

Well-appointed kitchen with fairly new refrigerator. In-house washer/dryer, woodstove. Small tree-lined backyard with firepit. Full basement for storage. Driveway for parking. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house for added privacy.

Must be cool with three cats. One year lease. References required. Bathroom and laundry are in the basement.

I’m a middle aged professional who works full-time in a school. My interests in theater and music have me waffling between long stints of being home and projects that keep me out of the house.
