My name is Michael; The room I have is 15X12 completely brand-new with your own bathroom. Better than my room! Plus, it comes with your own enclosed garage space. Very quiet and safe neighborhood I have lived here for 13 years and strictly looking for male over 35 years only. Apartment functions perfectly, pictures do not do it justice! I’m 61 and work in Prototype R/D aerospace.

It’s a three-bedroom apt; I rent two of the rooms, so it’s only two people. I have lived here for 13 years, work Mon - Fri out the door 7:30. I exercise everyday like to go out for a beer here and there. I prep cook almost every Sunday for almost 5 hours, so that’s something you will have to get around. But I like to keep the place clean and respectful to new roommate. Electric and internet are not really expensive.
