3 bedroom apartment pretty old dated back to 1940s I think, washer included working on getting a new dryer. Wifi included, room has a bed, dresser & desk, can always bring your own furniture as well. Apartment is sorta underground pests are semi common but I keep my traps up to date so it’s under control. Kitchen has a fridge & a big freezer that I don’t use. The apartment is leased by the upstairs residence.

Single male 25, has 2 cats pretty open minded. I keep to myself but pretty chill I work as a chef for a retirement community.
