You will have your own bedroom and be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. The bedroom has a closet but will not come furnished and there is a linen closet for your use. The bedroom has a ceiling fan but there is no air conditioning. The apartment has a fully furnished The apartment complex has included gated parking a fitness center, an on-site laundry center, pool, bike racks every where, and an automated package delivery center.

There will be me and 2 other male roommates living here. We are a quite bunch and will respect your privacy fully. We are all students at Chico State so most of our time will be spent in class or doing homework.
