About the room
My house is on the South Hill in the Rockwood neighborhood of Spokane and it is a great area to walk. Manito Park is 2 blocks away and is rated one of the US top 25 parks. Sacred Heart Hospital is within walking distance. The house has a back patio ready to use Spring, Summer, and Fall. The covered patio is a wonderful area to hang out or if you have a laptop you can work outside. It is a peaceful and a safe neighborhood. The house is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own items or place them in the garage. Looking for someone who is friendly, clean and needs a long term lease. The downstairs area has a bedroom, your own bathroom plus a living room area with a tv and work desk. There is a lot of great storage downstairs in the living room. The shared areas are the kitchen, patio and the laundry room. The house is quiet and I have a dog named Abbie that loves to be around people.
About the roomies
I am a Christian who follows Jesus. I love garden in the backyard and do a lot of reading outside. I am gone many hours in the day time visiting my family who live about 10 blocks away. I communicate well and have enjoyed having roommates in the past.
