I have a private basement bedroom apartment available (furnished) with a shared full bathroom (shared with two other female caregiver housemates). Located in Southwest St. Louis near highways 30/141. I am offering free rent and utilities in exchange for 2 or 3 days/week caregiving to me. 2-3 days on / 4-5 days off. You can do whatever you want on your days off: work another job, school, play, sleep, etc. You have full access of our kitchen and laundry. I live in a new subdivision that is one mile from major retail centers.

I am a 71-year-old woman and a retired first-grade teacher. I recently had a stroke with left-side paralysis. I am hoping to find a woman with caregiving experience and Christian values to exchange rent for 2-3 days of caregiving. I have two other female caregivers in separate bedrooms who care for me on other days (my existing caregivers are wonderful…quiet and respectful). My husband of 50 years is a college professor and is my caregiver most of the weekend and every overnight.
