Private unfurnished room available in a clean, quiet, owner-occupied 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in Wichita Falls. Rent is $650/month with utilities and internet included, plus a $600 security deposit.

The room has hard flooring, windows, a ceiling fan, and closet space. The home has updated flooring, an updated kitchen, washer/dryer access, parking available, and possible garage parking. The renter would also have access to a private/mostly private hall bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living area, and laundry.

This is a good fit for someone looking for a quiet, affordable place to live with bills included instead of dealing with separate utility accounts.

Important note: the home does not currently have a refrigerator, so the room has been priced accordingly. I want to be upfront about that before anyone schedules a tour.

House rules: no smoking, no vaping, no cannabis, no illegal drugs, no pets, no parties, and no illegal activity. I am looking for one clean, respectful, responsible roommate who is good about cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces and respecting privacy.
