Selling my contract for a private bedroom/private bath in a 4-person unit at The Green on Campus Drive, and I’m willing to pay for the first two months of rent. Great location, right across the street from the campus of Utah Valley University. In-unit washer & dryer and parking are included. Great amenities: pool, gym, barbeques, sand volleyball court. Lease is for July 24, 2026-July 23, 2027. Rent is $715/month + utilities and communications fee. The room is the second from the left as seen in the layout photo that is included in the listing. The lease is available for both females and males; the Green may reassign you to another room if you are female.

The contract is for my room in a four-bedroom apartment. It is separate from the main kitchen and living room area and has its own private bathroom. My current roommates are chill guys who are pretty easy to get along with. If you are a student at UVU looking for a place to live, I’d definitely recommend here; it has been an amazing experience!
