Room available in a three bedroom apartment. Currently I live here and my girlfriend will be living here in my room at the end of June. I’m looking for two new roommates, which will have their own rooms. This is a very mellow quiet place to live. I have everything that’s needed for the kitchen All the supplies, including paper towels, garbage bags, sandwich, bags, etc. are included in the price of the rent. Your rent will always be the same, no matter the price of the bills. The room that you see in the pictures is close to the one you will get. The one that you will get is still occupied until the end of May. Please contact me for the details and more pictures. I’ll explain the situation when you reach out to me. Power, Internet is included in the price of the rent Creekside Apartments is a really nice complex and a nice place to call home. Plenty of parking and a quiet complex.

There is a grocery store right down the street as well as a few different restaurants. It’s very convenient within walking distance and also a bus route.

You can have the room furnished or completely unfurnished. It’s really your choice.

Renters insurance I am including in the price of the rent as well. There is a $50 application fee, which is payable to the office.
